We may contact you occasionally via email for special sales and promotions. If you would like to be removed from this list, simply contact us at customerservice@moonandlola.com
Returns and Exchanges
Moon and Lola wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know so that we can help you in any way possible. Customers are given 1 day from receipt to return or exchange your item. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, and wish to return or exchange your unworn Moon and Lola jewelry, we ask that you first request a Return Manufacturers Authorization number (RMA). Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges will be able to be accepted without a RMA number on the invoice and on the return box. Requesting an RMA is easily done by emailing us at customerservice@moonandlola.com
All Moon and Lola jewelry must be returned with tags attached, and the original invoice within 14 days of receipt. Once your Moon and Lola jewelry has been returned to us, will gladly exchange or credit your original method of payment of your purchase. When sending your items, we encourage using an insured carrier. By doing so, this will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that Moon and Lola is unable to assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.
Please note that all final sale items returned must be exchanged for merchandise or a Moon and Lola credit.
Ordering and Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 14 business days unless otherwise specified. If you need it sooner, please let us know prior to placing your order so that we can ensure avaliablitiy of a particular item.

Jewelry Care
It is our hope that you will enjoy your Moon and Lola jewels always.
To ensure that your gems and metals retain their best appearance it is best to always store your jewelry in sealed bags to slow oxidation of the metals and to keep them away from bright lights so that the original brilliance of the stones is maintained.
It is best to protect your jewelry from direct contact with chemicals including hair products, lotions, or perfumes.
Fine jewelry polishing clothes are recommended for cleaning.
