This is their story. . .

"When we started this company and this journey, we asked ourselves how can we turn the people’s power as a consumer into the power to change lives all around the world every day.

We started together as a group of 3 guys on the board of directors of a non-profit wanting to make the world better, but frustrated by how hard it is to fundraise. The goal from Day 1 has been, “How can we get more people and more money invested into creating life changing opportunities for people who need it most.”

We are driven by a conviction and a dream: being born into the richest society ever gives us a unique chance as consumers to invest in making the world equal for everyone, and that together we can make the dream a reality."

Generous Coffee's commitment is to create life-changing stories by improving the lives of the coffee farmers they work with, and by donating their profits towards efforts focused on bringing hope to the world.

We love that! We want to be a part of that! So we've partnered with Generous Coffee. With every purchase of our ML xx Generous Coffee merchandise, a portion of the proceeds will be donated directly to the Generous Movement.

METAvivor Research and Support, Inc. is a non-profit, charitable organization with the mission to fund stage IV metastatic breast cancer research to one day transition the disease from terminal to chronic and manageable. METAvivor also works to improve the quality of life of those living with metastatic breast cancer through support, awareness, advocacy and education. 100% of every donation to METAvivor goes to fund metastatic breast cancer research.

During Breast Cancer Awareness month, October 2017, Moon and Lola teamed up with METAvivor to create a custom charm, charm bracelet and necklace with the METAvivor logo and awareness ribbon on it. A portion of all sales of METAvivor merchandise during that month were contributed to the METAvivor cause.

Moon and Lola founder, owner and CEO, Kelly Shatat (aka Lola), partnered with the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Eastern North Carolina to grant the wish of a child with a life-threatening medical condition. Kelly is a Woman Inspiring Strength & Hope (WISH) Champion committed to making a difference in the life of a child.

As a WISH Champion, Kelly and the Moon and Lola team were tasked with raising $7,500 or more. By supporting Moon and Lola in the month of January, you helped us meet our goal of granting a child's wish. Kelly was able to donate $14,000 to the Make a Wish foundation and grant not just one but two wishes. We would not have reached this goal without the generosity and loyalty of our amazing customers. We are forever grateful for your continued support.

Bob's Buddies

Lola created a charitable collection designed in collaboration with Bob’s Buddies, a local charity founded by G105’s Bob Dumas from Bob and the Showgram, which funds research for pediatric brain tumors.

David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

Lola's dream was always to adopt a baby elephant...guess dreams do come true! Moon and Lola adopted Kamok, a baby elephant from the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. She was rescued after being abandoned by her herd. Support our Moon and Lola girl by purchasing our Kamok Jewelry! A portion of the proceeds go to The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.
