Introduction

We are excited you want to join in on the fun! Once you have read the below terms and conditions of becoming a Moon and Lola wholesaler, click here to fill out the application. We will review your application and respond as soon as possible.

Moon and Lola Order Minimums

  • Opening Order: $400
  • Minimum Reorder: None

Payment

Due to the custom nature of our products, payment is collected prior to items being put into production. Payment is accepted through Credit Card, Paypal, or Amazon Payments.

Order Processing Time

Our products have the following lead times:

  • Custom metals: ship approximately 3-5 weeks from the date the order was place
  • Custom acrylics: ship approximately 1-2 weeks from the date the order was placed
  • Mugs ship approximately 1 week from the date the order was placed
  • Pillows ship approximately 1-2 weeks from the date the order was placed
  • Non-custom stock jewelry and non-Moon and Lola branded merchandise: ship approximately 3-4 business days from the date the order was placed

*PLEASE NOTE that all orders ship complete. All items on the order are subject to the longest production time on that order. (i.e. An order with one stock item and one custom item will ship when the custom item is complete, which could be 3-5 weeks from the date the order was placed.) If you wish to receive a non-custom stock item prior to a custom piece, please order the non-custom items separately.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping does not affect the production time for custom items. If you wish to rush a custom item, please contact a customer service representative and know that a rush fee will be applied to your order.

Packaging

Wholesale orders are sent with protective packaging only. We strive to use as little packaging as possible while keeping products safe during transit. All jewelry products are placed in a plastic bag and then secured with protective bubble wrap. Product care cards will be included in the package. Please contact customerservice@moonandlola.com to request additional care cards.

If you are dropshipping to a customer (i.e. we are shipping the order directly to your customer), the order will be sent in our branded packaging.

Onboarding

After you complete the wholesale application form, a Moon and Lola account executive will get in touch with you. If your account is approved, an account executive will walk you through creating your online account and placing your first order.

Ordering

If you are approved to become a wholesaler, you will be prompted to set up an account on the Moon and Lola website. Orders should be placed through the website (www.moonandlola.com) using your wholesale login information. Once you login, you will have access to all products at the wholesale rate. Promotional Materials

In order to use Moon and Lola product photography to market Moon and Lola products you must be an approved Moon and Lola wholesaler. Once you are approved to be a wholesaler, you will gain access to Moon and Lola’s dropbox. The dropbox contains product images, styled shots, and other graphics. We encourage you to utilize these images on all social media outlets, marketing campaigns, etc. but please note, these materials can only be used to promote Moon and Lola products. Failure to do so will result in intellectual property and copyright infringement.

All Moon and Lola product and styled images used on any website are to be clearly labeled as Moon and Lola, and are not to be branded in any other manner. This includes photography and graphics used which come from a source other than the Moon and Lola dropbox.  All digital image alt text must include the phrase "Moon and Lola".

Additional Information

Our studio hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.  We do not maintain customer service support on the weekends. If you have a question outside of normal business hours, please email customerservice@moonandlola.com and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible when the office reopens.
