Shipping
Moon and Lola ships most orders via USPS and may change carriers at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details as soon as you order has been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email customerservice@moonandlola.com. Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24-36 hours for your package to be scanned by the shipping carrier and for tracking information to become available and active.
Please note that stock orders (non-customized items) will ship within 4 to 7 business days. Please note that orders are processed for shipment the following business day. Please email customerservice@moonandlola.com regarding same day shipping and overnight services, and we will do our best to respond to and accommodate your request if the item is ready to ship and the request is received by 3:00 pm EST.
All orders ship complete and your order is subject to the piece(s) with the longest production time. Expedited shipping options (Overnight and Two Day Air, etc) apply only to transit time and does not speed up the listed production time of an order.
All shipments going outside of the USA are subject to the duties, customs, handling and other fees. We are not responsible for the reimbursement of any fees assessed at the time of delivery.
Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.
Every product undergoes careful inspection prior to shipment. Please notify us of any damage within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a prompt repair or replacement.
